Stitch Regulation

INNOVA longarm quilting machines are shipped with our Lightning Stitch regulator. When in regulated mode, the machine will automatically accelerate and decelerate based on the operator’s movements, controlling the stitches per inch while adjusting for corners, turns, and tight radii. The INNOVA Lightning Stitch Regulator is fully programmable through the PLC operator interface. The number of stitches per inch are adjustable from 2-22. Among the many functionalities included are cruise and basting mode.

Pro Frame

The commercial quality INNOVA Pro-Frame is designed to maximize efficiency and ease of use. The gas-assisted, top fabric roller lifting system provides easy access to straighten and inspect batting. Our unique stationary quilt backing roller eliminates the need for raising and lowering as the quilt take up roller increases in diameter. The INNOVA Pro-Frame includes leaders and two side clamps.

Electric Channel Locks

Electromagnets stop and hold the machine in either the x-axis or y-axis, making it easier to stitch straight lines.

Locking Casters

These replace the machine leveler legs that come standard on the Pro-Frame, making it easy to move your INNOVA system around and lock it into position.

Rotating Sew Head

The patented swivel sew head is exclusive to the INNOVA. This unique feature is included with all INNOVA quilting machines and makes adding innovative accessories, changing feet, removing broken needles, and completing preventative maintenance a breeze.

Technical Specs

Motor

All INNOVA machines are equipped with a 3000 stitch per minute one horsepower motor. This allows for faster more efficient quilting and better stitch regulation. The strong motor is capable of piercing multiple layer seam allowances without stalling. Coupled with the patented hopping foot, the INNOVA easily accommodates the bulk found in the most difficult areas of your quilt.

Driveshaft

INNOVA has the largest driveshafts of any longarm quilting machine on the market today. They are supported by sealed ball bearings which eliminate the need for oiling or greasing the upper end of the machine, ensuring that your quilts stay clean.
